Mutton With Lotus Stem

𝕊𝕪𝕦𝕟 𝕥𝕖 𝕟𝕒𝕕𝕦𝕣 (𝕞𝕦𝕥𝕥𝕠𝕟 𝕨𝕚𝕥𝕙 𝕝𝕠𝕥𝕦𝕤 𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕞)

Method:

-Heat Ghee in a pan, whole Garam masala spices, chopped onion, little salt and fry until the onions become slightly transparent.

-Now add pieces of mutton and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

-Then add lotus stem pieces, dry ginger powder, fennel powder, Kashmiri chili powder, cottage cheese, cumin powder, corainder powder along with water and cook for about 10 minutes.

-When oil seeps out of the sauce, add chopped coriander leaves by turning off the flame.

-Mutton Lotus Stem Curry is now ready to serve.
