    Dal Makhani | Smoked Dal Makhani | Punjabi Dal Makhani | दाल मखनी |Kaali Dal |माँ की दाल |Maa Ki Dal

Dal Makhani     Dal Makhani is a very popular North Indian cuisine. Born in punjab region, the main ingredient of this dish are Black gram whole, red kidney beans, butter and curds. This slightly spiced dish is served with indian bread and rice. Traditionally dal makhani is simmered for hours together on wood fire, however to bring in the similar taste I have used a clay pot to cook this dal and have smoked the final dish for the incredible flavor.       For recipe Chef Arpita Khamitkar from, Solapur, Maharashtra, India is on youtube channel : https://www.youtube.com/c/cookwitharpitakhamitkar Instagram: instagram.com/cookwitharpitakhamitkar Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/cookwitharpitakhamitkar/
